Dog Handling
There are many situations where a Dog and Handler are the most thorough and cost-effective service.
They have consistently proved to be the quickest and most thorough in searching Warehouses, Offices or any area. They don’t need to rely on light or sight as the highly trained dogs cover large areas in minutes reducing the need for excessive manpower.
Step Up Security provide SIA approved Handlers and dogs who are regularly trained ensuring the handler and dog are one.
Every month our handlers and dogs are assessed by one of the country’s leading trainers who as an e-Police handler and trainer, ensures we as a company are providing highly trained and motivated handler and dog. This also allows us as a company to assess their progress ensuring a quality service to our clients.
All handlers will carry their dog in a Step Up Security marked vehicle which is fitted with air conditioning and conforms to BS8517.
All dogs are trained by one of the country’s leading dog behaviour specialist in the following:
- Basic obedience
- Remedial Training
- Personal Protection
- Security/guard dog
