What do you do?
Royales Travel is a Coach firm based in Liverpool, that do contracts for schools, pensioners, day trips, and basically anyone who wants to quality coach travel.

All our drivers are friendly, and we like to think we’ve got a pretty good fleet of buses and coaches with more people coming back to us. Our repeat business is growing as they’re getting to know us. In this game, word of mouth is important.

What was your site security like, before Step Up Security?
On our yard is quite open, and because we have got any back up coaches for the school contracts, we need to make sure our coaches and buses don’t get damaged. Before Step Up, they were getting damaged with kids coming over the fence.

School contracts are really important to Royals Travel, as they’re like our wages and money, so if anything happened to the coaches or the buses, the schools get stopped and we could lose our contracts, so it’s important we have some looking after them all the time.

How has Step Up inproved your security?
Step Up Security’s Mobile Patrol’s come in and checks the buses and makes sure they’re all locked up and make sure nobody’s hanging around the yard. Our company choose Step Up Security because we heard they were a good firm and reputable, and I know they deal a lot with the Police as well, over their securities which is a good sign.

What has your experience been like with Step Up Security?
Since Step Up Security come on board, looking after our coaches and buses, we’ve had a lot less problems with the kids getting in. They’ve made a positive contribution to our security.
