What do you do? What do you offer customers beyond the service you sell?
Valley Community Theatre provides free arts within the local community.
How we’re you previously safeguarding you business?
Valley Community Theatre spent time investigating different security solutions and we took a good look at the firms in our local area. However, we thought that their service level agreements seemed pretty much in favour of them – not the customer. They just didn’t seem to offer us any value for money.
When we were recommended to try Step Up, they made the whole security thing really simple. They immediately showed us their prices. It was a pretty simple choice from then on.
What problems were you experiencing?
As a community arts service, we receive a great deal of goodwill and support from local people who wholeheartedly support what we’re trying to do here. We have lots of arts and stage equipment that is worth hardly anything on the street – but it’s priceless to us. Keeping vandals and thieves at bay was always a challenge. You can’t work and live like that – particularly in a recession.
What has your experience been like with Step Up Security?
Lots of support and advice. For any site, visibility of security personnel is key, and Step Up gives me this instantly all the time. Every time. When I think of Step Up, I think of two things –Reliable! Reliable! – I can call and get a guard last minute. With Step Up, we really feel protected and safe, which is what matters most.
Would you recommend Step Up Security to other businesses?
I would recommend Step Up Security to any business – WITHOUT A DOUBT.
