EVERY YEAR, STEP UP SECURITY HELPS RAISE FUNDS FOR CANCER RESEARCH – A CHARITY VERY CLOSE TO ALL OUR HEARTS.
Many of our friends, staff (and their families) have been, or are going through difficult times by being affected in some way by this terrible disease. We can all do a little to help raise money to hopefully find a cure, so here are just a few of the activities everyone at Step Up Security have been involved in.
2011
Step up Security are planning to raise more funds for charity by entering some of its employees to engage in a tandem sky diving event.
2010
Step up Security raised funds for Marie Curie which is especially close to our hearts by involving Tony Bray, one of Managers to participate in the Big Zip from the top of the Liverpool Liver Buildings to the pier head.

2009
Step up Security chose to raise funds for the Christie Trust, (a cancer research charity) by participating in a reverse Bungee jump and raising hundred’s of Pounds.
STEP UP SECURITY SPONSOR BOOTLE UNDER 9’S FOOTBALL CLUB & ALBERT PARK RUGBY CLUB.
Step Up Security are working hard to fulfil our corporate social responsibility duties and building new, deeper community networks. To help achieve our goals, we’re helping local charities including Bootle under 9’s and Albert Park Rugby Club, who are outstanding young people.
As a business, we recognise that sponsoring worthwhile causes can provide great marketing exposure and necessary financial support. In fact, it’s a ‘Win-Win’ result for everyone.
LASERS FOR LIFE CHARITY WORK
Lasers for Life are researching ways to cure or stop or slow down various cancers and Alzheimer’s disease. Both cancer and Alzheimer’s have effected family members and friends of Step Up Security.
Kevin, our Senior Consultant walked from Leeds to Liverpool via the canal route. As the photo’s clearly show the weather was against him. Step Up Security raised in excess of £5,000 for this great cause and as a result of our efforts our Senior Consultant was invited for Lunch to the House of Lords by Lasers For Life.
